We conducted detailed current-state process mapping across multiple jurisdictions, using value stream modeling, process mining, and operational risk overlays to pinpoint redundancies and system disconnects. Working closely with enterprise architects and product owners, we aligned future-state business capabilities with technology roadmaps — including a Salesforce-managed package for project tracking, custom API integrations across core systems, and robotic process automation (RPA) to eliminate manual steps. Deliverables included interactive visual models, a centralized process repository in SharePoint, and role-based onboarding playbooks. The result: reduced onboarding time, improved regulatory confidence, and a shared, data-driven view of operational improvement.
